Ranchi is a city in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is the administrative capital of the Jammu and Kashmir region and the headquarters of the Rang Bahadur Singh Division of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The city is also the birthplace of the first Prime Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Sheikh Abdullah.
